What Will Melt Belly Fat?

Is there anything out there that will just melt the belly fat from my body? Oh, how I searched and searched for this elusive "thing" that will solve my biggest fat issue. Time and time again I was told to change my diet and exercise.

So I did.

And time and time again I just COULD NOT stick with it.

Will Exercises Melt Belly Fat?

Although exercise is needed to lose fat, there is no ONE exercise that will melt belly fat quicker than any other fat on your body.

As your body converts stored fat to energy when needed, it does not necessarily "take" the fat from the area you are concentrating on. In other words, crunches will not melt belly fat any quicker than lunges.

But, if you do a bunch of crunches every day you will strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, so that when you do finally melt your belly fat, everyone will see those beautiful 6-pack abs!

Will Dieting Melt Belly Fat?

Now, a change in diet is usually needed to melt belly fat from your body. The reason being that your current diet may not be meeting nutritional requirements or may contain excessive calories.

That being said, there is no golden rule that says that you cannot enjoy the foods on your diet!!!!

The best way to change your diet is to ensure that you enjoy at least 70% of the foods you are supposed to eat. Otherwise, you'll just be looking down that road to when you can finally change your diet again (usually back to your old ways).

If you incorporate foods you like into your diet, you will be much more likely to stay on the diet - forever. And isn't that the main goal really? To be able to permenantly change over to a healthier diet where you won't have to worry about fat anymore.

I Melted My Belly Fat!

Finally ..... I found a diet and exercise program that I actually could live with, that I've BEEN living with. And I'm not always looking down the road to see when this will finally end.

This is the end! And the beginning!

The diet I found allows you to input the foods you like into it's diet generator. Then it creates a diet around those foods. It also stresses that you must exercise, but it's stresses that moderate exercise done several times a week is sufficient enough! And it is - I now have the waist to prove it (I'm not to where I want to be yet, but I lost 4 inches in 4 weeks!!!).
